MACC for DB/DBB new construction, renovation, alteration and repair for large general, industrial and waterfront construction projects primarily located at PNSY, Kittery ME and NNSY, Portsmouth VA in support of SIOP

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is seeking contractors for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for design-build and design-bid-build new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair for large general, industrial, and waterfront construction projects. The contract will be for a base period of three years plus two one-year option periods. The selected contractors will be responsible for managing multiple task orders concurrently across the identified area of operations. The construction projects will primarily consist of heavy waterfront and industrial building type projects, including dry docks, wharves, piers, bulkheads, industrial, utilities, infrastructure, and both vertical and horizontal construction. • The contract amount will be in the not to exceed amount of $4,000,000,000, which will be shared amongst the MACC holders. • The intent is to award approximately five contracts under this MACC. • The proposed seed project for this solicitation is “B60 Nuclear Containment Production Facility Consolidation”, PNSY, Kittery, ME. • The total programmed amount for B60 Nuclear Containment Production Facility Consolidation is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. • The completion time for B60 is 465 calendar days after notice to proceed.
