The Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking a quotation for the provision of a Nanosurf DriveAFM, DriveAFM Motorized Stage, Noise Isolation/Mitigation, Glove-Box Integration Kit, AFM Cantilever Starter Package, Nanosurf DriveAFM Revision 2, Upgrade Existing DriveAFM Scanhead with Direct QPD Connection, and related accessories and services. The quotation should include the price for each item, as well as any applicable tariffs. The offeror should also provide a company profile, signing authority, and proposal validity. • The Nanosurf DriveAFM and related equipment should meet the specifications outlined in Attachment A: Bill of Materials for RFQSSPR474450. • The offeror should provide a schedule for the delivery of the items. • The offeror should identify any foreign items and their country of origin. • The offeror should provide a lead-time for all items. • The offeror should propose any equivalents to the specified items and provide a clear description of any proposed modifications.
