Description
The City of Boston is seeking bids for the procurement of 3 lamp burners for gas lights. The contract is for a 1-year term, and the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The supplies/services described are for an actual amount to be procured. The contract will be subject to the availability of an appropriation, and if sufficient funds are not appropriated, the contract may be canceled.
• The bid opening will be held on April 08, 2026, at 12:00 PM at One City Hall Square Room 808, Boston, MA 02201.
• The maximum time for bid acceptance by the City after the opening of bids shall be ninety (90) days.
• The award of this contract shall be subject to the approval of the Mayor of Boston.
• The City of Boston Standard Contract General Conditions (Form CM 11) and other contractual terms will be incorporated by reference.
• All responses and information submitted in response to this solicitation are subject to the Massachusetts Public Records Law.
