Renovation of Infrastructure of Area 2, Phase 1, Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN

This project is the first phase of a five‑phase effort to replace failing infrastructure in Area 2 of Camp Ripley. The work will be performed under a single prime contract and covers a broad range of construction disciplines, including demolition, excavation, civil works, utility installation, electrical distribution, natural gas, communications, storm drainage, street reconstruction, and associated turf and erosion control. • Replace sanitary sewer collection and water distribution systems. • Install new electrical, natural gas, and communications utilities. • Reconstruct streets, storm sewers, and provide associated site grading and turf restoration. • Perform demolition and civil earthwork, coordinate multiple trades, and deliver a fully functional, upgraded infrastructure package.
