Description
The Hawaii Army National Guard (HIARNG) is seeking a vendor to provide enhanced data service for FY26-27. The vendor will be required to connect HIARNG locations to a privately owned MPLS backbone for data and voice with specified bandwidth and Quality of Service (QoS). The vendor will also provide full-mesh network connecting all Primary and Armory sites, including wired connection at 15 locations. The contract will be for a period of 1 year, with a possible extension. The vendor will be required to provide technical support, monitor and maintain network circuits, and provide comprehensive performance analysis.
• The vendor will provide MPLS backbone equipment that meets all DoD required security guidelines.
• The vendor will provide 5 years of premium support (24x7) for the equipment.
• The vendor will provide full documentation on deployment and configuration of the equipment.
• The vendor will conduct site surveys as needed to determine the requirements for the equipment and services.
• The vendor will provide onsite support to resolve network problems.
