Description
The City of Alexandria is seeking vendors to supply a comprehensive list of janitorial products for a twelve‑month period. Supplies will be shipped FOB Destination, freight‑prepaid, to the City’s Central Warehouse and must be new, current‑manufacture items that meet the specified standards. The contract is a single‑source supply agreement with firm pricing for the duration of the contract.
• Provide a full range of janitorial consumables (pads, toilet tissue, paper towels, can liners, spray‑bottle components, brooms, mops, brushes, etc.).
• All items must be palletized (max height 47 in.), no over‑hang, and delivered FOB Destination to the Central Warehouse (2021 Industrial Park Rd., Building WH, Alexandria, LA 71303).
• Bids must be complete, signed, and submitted by 10:00 a.m. CST on May 19 2026; questions are due by May 7 2026.
• The City will not accept substitutions without prior approval, and pricing must remain firm for twelve months.
• Minority‑business participation is encouraged through the AFEAT program, and compliance with Louisiana statutes is mandatory.
