Description
Appalachian State University is seeking qualifications from design firms to provide advance planning services for campus dining projects. The selected designer will establish a uniform identity across campus dining facilities and operations, helping develop creative solutions to balance needs across campus. The project construction is expected to be phased over summers from 2026 to 2030, with Phase 1 including a renovation of the kitchen and servery area in Plemmons Student Union.
• The project is expected to be phased over 5 years.
• The selected firm will provide design and construction administration services.
• The selected firm will be retained through full design and construction for additional project phases at the university's option.
• The proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina.
