Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking qualified contractors to provide tree and brush cutting services on an on-call basis in the maintenance districts that form ODOT Region 1 and ODOT District 9. The services will be provided under a price agreement, with a maximum not-to-exceed amount of $2,000,000 per fiscal year. The term of the agreement is expected to be 5 years, with options for extension. The contractor will be required to provide insurance certificates, tax ID number, and other documentation as specified in the ITB.
• The contractor must have a minimum of 3 years of experience providing similar services.
• The contractor must have an Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) license.
• The contractor must provide references for contracts of similar scope and quantity.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage rates and Buy America requirements.
