The work includes asbestos air and bulk sampling, mold/fungi analysis, PCB and VOC testing, indoor air quality assessments, drinking‑water and boiler‑water sampling, lead‑based paint inspections, radon testing, allergen monitoring, and related documentation, training, and emergency response. • Deliver daily site reports, detailed lab reports, and conduct mandatory training (asbestos awareness, O&M) for CCC personnel.
• Submit invoices monthly; comply with extensive insurance, bonding, and regulatory certifications (Prevailing Wage, EEOC, non‑collusion, sanctions).
• Coordinate all work through the Facilities Department (Michael Hagarty) and adhere to bid‑bond (10 % ≤ $20k) and performance‑bond (100 %) requirements.
