Construction of Wastewater Infrastructure Improvements

The Horsebend Property Owners Association is seeking qualified contractors to replace an Orenco TCOM panel, add two 7,500‑sq‑ft drip fields, and install new headworks, pumps, a flow meter, and associated appurtenances for a wastewater treatment upgrade. Bids are sealed and must be submitted by June 12, 2026. The project is partially funded by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission and the Arkansas Department of Agriculture, and applicants must demonstrate relevant experience, staff capability, and active professional engineer licenses.
