Description
The U.S. Embassy in Moscow invites proposal submissions for a cooperative agreement to provide technical and logistical support for English Language Programming from the English Language Office (ELO) in Russia. The program aims to provide professional development opportunities for teachers, increase English language skills of students, and assist experts in professionally developing other teachers of English in Russia. The Grantee will be required to provide the Embassy with program account records on a regular basis. Key activities include administering English Access Microscholarship Programs and Advance through Vocational English Programs, providing and supporting in-person and online professional development opportunities, and logistical and financial arrangements for program activities.
