Description
The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the procurement of Gentex Corporation brand-name Mask Light Amplified Mic Assemblies. The contractor shall provide all necessary requirements issued under the BPA. The BPA ordering period is anticipated to be five years from the date of establishment.
• The item to be procured is Mask Light Amplified Mic Assembly (also known as "lip lights") from Gentex Corporation, Part Number: 1001682-00.
• The delivery location is Ebbing Air National Guard Base, AR 72916.
• The contractor shall provide all necessary requirements issued under the BPA.
• Individual orders (calls) will be placed on an as-needed, when-funded basis.
• A determination of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable will be used, with "Technically Acceptable" defined as quoting the exact brand name and part number specified in this solicitation.
