Description
The State of California, through the Department of Rehabilitation and administered by the Department of General Services, is seeking to lease approximately 5,000 net usable square feet of office space in the City of Salinas, together with 20 parking spaces. The property must be asbestos‑hazard‑free, ADA‑compliant, meet seismic and California building code requirements, be close to public transportation, and satisfy Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) criteria. Preference will be given to buildings that demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance. Interested property owners or authorized agents must submit the address, site map, and project number by the response deadline.
