Midlands Housing Alliance, funded with federal dollars, seeks a contractor to modernize an existing elevator in its Day Center located at 2025 Main Street. The scope includes removal of existing equipment, installation of new elevator components, compliance with Davis‑Bacon labor standards and Build America/BY‑Buy regulations, and testing/commissioning of the upgraded system.
