Description
The Mississippi Department of Health is seeking bids for an online medical director training program. The program should allow an unlimited number of individuals from Mississippi to take the course and receive a certificate upon completion. The contractor will be responsible for modifying the existing program to meet the state's specific needs and providing maintenance and technical support. The contract will be for a period of five years. Key requirements include:
* Providing online medical director training to an unlimited number of individuals from Mississippi
* Tracking progress and submitting reports to EMS biannually
* Maintaining the online website and reporting glitches
* Having at least three years of experience in web-based medical directors training
* Being able to monitor and perform maintenance on the site
* Actively researching individual state information necessary to update the state-specific module yearly
* Having the capability to customize the program to include medical director qualifications, EMS rules, and regulations
* Being able to produce and provide various reports, including participant passing or failing rates
