MARITIME PATROL AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE, LOGISTICAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES 2.0

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking industry input regarding a potential acquisition strategy for maritime patrol aircraft maintenance, logistical, and engineering services. The goal is to consolidate sustainment, logistics, and related support services for the P-3 Orion, DHC-8, and C-130 aircraft under a single contract vehicle. Key areas of interest include technical feasibility, contract approach, risk identification, teaming arrangements, and organizational, intermediate, and depot-level maintenance. • The contract will require maintenance and logistics support for multiple aircraft platforms. • The contractor must comply with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommended maintenance processes and procedures. • The contract will involve professional certification and maintainers to comply with OEM recommended maintenance processes and procedures. • The contractor must provide support for mission operations and field detachments. • The contractor will be responsible for providing ground support during off-base or deployed operations.
