Notice is hereby given, that sealed proposals are sought and requested for the purpose of entering into a contract with the Allegany County Department of Public Works, for the following: Replacement of County Road 31 (Middaugh Hill Road) Culvert over Tributary to Gordon Brook Town of Scio, Allegany County, New YorkCIN LC31-36, PIN 6755.76 The Project Owner is the Allegany County Department of Public Works, 7 Court Street, Belmont, NY 14813. This project, the replacement of County Road 31 (Middaugh Hill Road) Culvert over Tributary to Gordon Brook, CIN LC31-36, PIN 6755.76, will replace the existing County Road 31 (Middaugh Hill Road) Culvert over Tributary to Gordon Brook in the Town of Scio, Allegany County. The project includes removal of the existing culvert, replacement with a precast concrete box culvert, and highway approach work. All bids must be submitted on the blank forms provided in accordance with the specifications.
