1 Year Preventative Maintenance Agreement for JEOL IT800SHL.

The SEM is a critical tool for multiple projects in the Detector Systems Branch, and it requires periodic maintenance from a JEOL USA factory-qualified engineer to maintain proper operation. The agreement will cover various parts of the SEM, including the vacuum chamber, motorized stage, and electron detectors. The selected contractor will provide dedicated account management, factory-trained engineers, telephone support, and call history tracking. The period of performance is for one year after the contract is awarded. • The agreement will cover the JSM-IT800(SHL) F/E SCAN ELECTRN MCRSCP, SM-13051UPSWE POWER SUPPORTER, SM-14044SNSLL STAGE NAVIGATION SYSTEM, SM-74330HCS HYBRID CHAMBER CAMERA, SM-14120UED UPPER ELECTRON DETECTOR, and SM-Z211301DRP DRY VACUUM PUMP. • The contractor will provide a dedicated account manager and factory-trained engineers. • The agreement includes telephone support and call history tracking. • The contractor will have 15 days to respond to service requests and a parts threshold of $4,750. • The place of performance is the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD.
