Description
The City of Worthington seeks a professional consulting firm to evaluate the current layout of the first floor of Worthington City Hall and its Council Chambers, engage stakeholders, develop conceptual redesign options, and provide preliminary renovation cost estimates. The effort aims to improve safety, security, workflow efficiency, and public service delivery while modernizing the Council Chambers space.
• Conduct site visits, document existing conditions, and assess ADA compliance and security.
• Facilitate workshops with city staff and stakeholders to capture functional requirements.
• Produce multiple conceptual floor‑plan layouts and detailed design recommendations.
• Deliver a written report, schematic drawings, and preliminary cost estimates for proposed renovations.
