Description
The Department of Taxation is seeking a contractor to purchase and install new cubicles, partitions, and panels for their office in Oahu. The scope of work includes installing four standard cubicle workstations at the Tax Clerk area, four standard cubicle workstations at the Bankruptcy area, and one standard cubicle workstation by the Branch Chief area. The contractor will be required to survey the site and make their own measurements to ensure the equipment and configurations ordered will fit the spaces, area, and any existing equipment for which they are ordered.
• The contractor must provide electrician to install and connect electrical wiring to existing electrical power source.
• The contractor must include all applicable taxes and any other costs incurred in the price submitted.
• The contractor must be compliant with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii.
• The contractor must provide liability and property damage insurance to protect the contractor and its subcontractors.
• The contractor must submit an original invoice to the Department of Taxation for payment.
