Request for Proposals to Provide Engineering Services for Corinth Water Monitoring System

The City of Corinth is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for the Corinth Water Monitoring System project. The project aims to install a water system monitoring network within the existing water distribution infrastructure, improve system reliability, reduce water loss, and ensure consistent delivery of a critical utility to existing businesses while supporting future economic growth in the region. The scope of the contract will include providing environmental and engineering design services, as well as construction engineering and inspection. The selected engineer will be responsible for preparing project cost estimates, designing the project, and providing all engineering services through project closeout. The proposal will be rated on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance. • The project includes designing and engineering phases, bid packet construction, bid opening, and construction contract execution. • The engineer will be responsible for conducting pre-construction conferences, work-in-progress inspections, and providing periodic reports to the City. • The City encourages Minority-owned Businesses and Women-owned Businesses to submit proposals. • The contract will be on a fixed price basis, and the City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
