REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) RECREATION SOFTWARE UPDATE

The Marathon County Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department is seeking a complete, turnkey recreation software platform to support its operations. The platform must be capable of processing camping reservations, facility reservations, event registrations, program registrations, and point-of-sale transactions, and must provide a customer-friendly online portal. The department estimates $1.5 million in annual transactions and requires a system with high reliability, capability, performance, ease of use, and transparency of costs. The selected vendor will be responsible for implementing the system, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
