Description
The Fayette County Public Schools Purchasing Department is seeking a vendor to provide and deliver cypress mulch to multiple locations within the school district. The vendor must provide tailgate delivery and/or the option for fork lift delivery to each facility. The mulch must be 100% non-CCA and free of debris/trash. The vendor will be responsible for delivering the mulch to the designated locations and ensuring that it is installed on the playgrounds at the elementary schools.
* The vendor must provide pricing for bagged 100% non-CCA cypress mulch.
* The vendor must have access to provide bagged mulch, when requested, within the time frame indicated on their bid submission.
* The vendor must provide a delivery option that includes unloading pallets upon delivery (forklift) of bagged mulch.
* The vendor must ensure that the mulch is free of any debris/trash.
* The vendor must provide a cost proposal that includes the cost per cubic foot, number of bags per tractor trailer load, and total cost for tractor trailer load including delivery.
