Description
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science & Technology (S&T) Directorate, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is seeking information from qualified and interested sources with the capability and experience in providing IT Systems Engineering and Operations & Maintenance Support services. The services required include systems engineering, IT operations and maintenance, cloud integration and management, artificial intelligence solutions, IT asset management and automation, remote support and customer experience, and surge and transition support. The goal is to integrate innovative technology into daily operations for DHS components and support the S&T mission.
• The contractor will provide technical IT support services to help achieve the mission and objectives of the S&T OCIO.
• The contractor will support the Technical Services Branch, which includes two distinct functional areas: Systems Engineering and IT Operations & Maintenance.
• The contractor will provide services including architect, design, integration, and deployment of new innovative technical solutions, reviewing systems currently in production, and providing advanced technical consulting services.
• The contractor will support IT operations and maintenance for the S&T network infrastructure, including capacity management, daily IT operations, and enhancement support services.
