Description
The Town of Marblehead is seeking bids from qualified firms to replace the siding on one side of the Fire Station located at 1 Franklin Street. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and requires a bid deposit of at least 5% of the total project and a Payment Bond in the sum of 50% of the Contract Price. Bids will be received until November 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149.
• The project involves replacing siding on one side of the Fire Station.
