Description
The Town of Littleton is seeking bids for the King Street Commons Public Infrastructure Project Phase 1.2 Drainage System. The project includes the construction of a new subsurface infiltration drainage system, drainage structures, drainage piping, earthwork, site grading, tree removal, curb removal and replacement, pavement sawcutting, temporary pavement patching, erosion and sedimentation controls, site restoration, and other incidental work.

* The estimated value of the project is $426,105.
* MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Drainage is required.
* A pre-bid site walk is scheduled for May 6, 2026.
