Description
The Texas Department of Public Safety is seeking pricing for a Peterbilt 537 Wrecker Truck with a Jerr-Dan 8.5T-24 ft. Carrier Wrecker Body, or equivalent, to support fleet capability. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to drug-free workplace, immigration, and antitrust. The contractor must also provide a business continuity and disaster recovery plan, and certify that it has not been convicted of a felony criminal offense. Key aspects of the job include:
