Description
This RFQ seeks a small‑business contractor to remove, transport, diagnose, repair, and reinstall a 30 kW LP standby generator located at the Ti‑Bar Fire Station in Somes Bar, CA. The contractor must perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, execute authorized repairs, conduct load‑bank testing, and provide full documentation and a minimum 12‑month warranty. Work includes on‑site removal and reinstallation as well as off‑site repairs at the contractor’s facility. The award will be firm‑fixed‑price and limited to qualified small businesses.
• Remove the Winco PSS30F4‑03 generator, transport it safely to a repair shop, and perform full diagnostics.
• Perform authorized repairs, load‑bank testing, and provide detailed reports (diagnostic, repair, testing, commissioning).
• Reinstall the generator at the Ti‑Bar Fire Station, verify Automatic Transfer Switch operation, and deliver a 12‑month parts + labor warranty.
