The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will award cooperative agreements to support the development and implementation of public health strategies guided by the National Healthy Brain Initiative (HBI) Road Map Series. Budget estimate

$2,500,000 – $15,000,000

The estimated total program funding over the performance period is $35,000,000. The funding range per applicant per budget period varies by component: $2,500,000 to $3,000,000 for Component 1, $750,000 to $1,000,000 for Component 2, and $750,000 to $1,200,000 for Component 3. Considering the number of expected awards (at least seven) and the performance period (five years in 12-month budget periods), the budget for each award is likely to be in the range of $2,500,000 to $15,000,000 over the five-year period, depending on the component and the specific award amount.
