Description
The Brooks County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from professional development teams to provide contracting services for the Road Department. The selected team will be responsible for maintaining all County roads, signage, and culvert work, excluding mowing. The team will also provide an ASE certified mechanic to service vehicles and equipment. The term of the agreement will be three years.
• The contracting team will be responsible for displaying their team's experience and competency in providing all identified services.
• The team must demonstrate the ability to acquire a performance bond in the full amount of the bid.
• The team must have at least two years of experience managing and operating a county road department.
• The team will be required to provide a detailed written understanding of the Road Department's needs and a narrative of their ability to coordinate and successfully complete the project.
