Description
The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking a contractor to perform maintenance and repair work on a house at Galuh 14A, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan. The work includes painting, cleaning, and repairing various parts of the house, including the interior and exterior surfaces, doors, windows, and plumbing and electrical systems. The contractor must submit a quotation for both Contract Line Items (CLINs) listed in the solicitation, and the Government will award a contract under only one CLIN. The performance period for the contract will be either 28 or 49 calendar days, depending on the CLIN awarded. The contractor must also provide payment protection in the amount of 50% of the contract price and maintain insurance coverage during the performance period.
• The contractor must paint the interior and exterior surfaces of the house, including the walls, ceilings, and doors.
• The contractor must clean and repair the windows, window grilles, and door handles.
• The contractor must replace the plumbing fixtures, including the sink, toilet, and shower.
• The contractor must install new electrical fixtures, including lighting and outlets.
• The contractor must provide a construction schedule and submit it to the Contracting Officer within 10 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed.
• The contractor must perform the work in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided in the solicitation.
• The contractor must obtain any necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the work performed and materials used.
