Description
The VA is conducting market research (Sources Sought) to identify qualified vendors capable of delivering a full renovation of the inpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation space at the Richmond VA Medical Center. The scope includes demolition, renovation of existing gym and pool areas, conversion of the pool into a therapy gym, and upgrades to corridors, exam rooms, staff offices, bathrooms, and storage. The project covers approximately 7,000 SF, must comply with VA standards, OSHA 29 CFR 1926, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The anticipated construction magnitude is $2‑5 million, with a performance period of 300 calendar days. Responses are due by 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 8, 2026, and must be submitted via email to the contracting officer.
