Demolition of One (1) Structure

The City of Omaha is seeking bids from qualified companies for the demolition of one structure. The bid requires a 5% bid bond, and the surety company issuing the bid bond should be licensed by the State of Nebraska. The bid bond can be substituted with a certified check, official bank check, cashier's check, or a United States Government Bond. The bid must include all sites, and an award will be made based on the total bid amount of all sites. • The bid bond amount should be based on the total bid. • The original bid bond document must be received by the City Clerk within seven calendar days of the closing date and time. • Bidders must submit bid questions in the Questions tab of the bid event. • The City of Omaha has a Small Business Enterprise (SEB) reserve, and non-SEB authorized bids will only be considered if no SEB authorized bids are received.
