Description
The Colby Community College Student Union kitchen and adjacent beverage service area will be fully demolished, upgraded, and rebuilt to modern standards. The contractor must handle demolition, concrete work, new non‑slip epoxy flooring, porcelain tile with college lettering (and optional Trojan logo), FRP wall panels, suspended ceiling, HVAC, plumbing, grease trap, and all related electrical work, while complying with Kansas state codes and ensuring tax‑exempt pricing. The project must be completed by August 1 2026.
• Mandatory site inspection by Jan 14 2026 5 p.m.
• Full design‑build scope covering demolition, new concrete, flooring, walls, ceiling, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Optional Trojan logo tile can be quoted separately.
• Performance bond required if contract exceeds $100k; all pricing must exclude sales tax.
