The City of Clinton is seeking a contractor to separate the storm water runoff from the combined (sanitary) sewer system in the vicinity of North 5th Street, from 4th Avenue North to 6th Avenue North. The project includes the construction of new concrete and PVC storm sewer pipelines, storm sewer structures, and full depth reconstruction of North 5th Street. The project also includes curb and gutter replacements, full depth concrete patching, driveway approach replacements, sidewalk and ADA curb ramp construction, earthwork, and removals. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $675,700.00. • The project requires the construction of 1015 linear feet of new concrete and PVC storm sewer pipelines. • The project includes the construction of 14 new storm sewer structures. • The project requires full depth reconstruction of North 5th Street, including the replacement of the street with 2349 SY of HMA. • The project includes curb and gutter replacements, full depth concrete patching, driveway approach replacements, sidewalk and ADA curb ramp construction, earthwork, and removals. • The project has a deadline for submission of 4/14/2026 02:00 PM (CT). • The project has an estimated completion date of May 15, 2027.
