CMaR Services for South Outpost

The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management, Office of Construction Management is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) services for the South Outpost project. The project involves the construction of several buildings and facilities, including an Administration Building, Vehicle Storage Building, Brine/Vehicle Wash, Salt Storage Barn, Material Storage Structure, and a Fuel island. The selected CMaR will work with the City of Columbus and the Architect to develop construction documents and provide construction management services. • The project will include a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) that will be issued by the City. • The CMaR will follow the requirements of the CBA. • The project will involve the demolition of existing buildings prior to construction of the new buildings. • The site area is approximately 4.69 acres. • The project will involve the construction of several buildings and facilities, which may take several months to a few years to complete.
