Highway Lighting

The Luzerne County Road and Bridge Department is soliciting bids for Highway Lighting. The contract will be for one year with a possible one-year extension. The contractor will provide all equipment for highway lighting repair as directed by the Luzerne County Road & Bridge Department. The contractor shall provide adequate equipment, incidentals, and skills to diagnose and repair highway lighting. • The contract will be for one year with a possible one-year extension. • The contractor will provide all equipment for highway lighting repair. • The contractor shall provide adequate equipment, incidentals, and skills to diagnose and repair highway lighting. • The contractor will be given a seven-day notice for work to be performed. • The contractor shall start work by the end of the seven-day notice, excluding holidays and weekends, except for declared emergencies.
