Supply, delivery, and full installation of twenty (20) commercial‑grade undercounter ice machines, each equipped with a water‑filter assembly (provided by the school). The vendor must perform all plumbing and electrical work, using qualified/certified plumbers, copper water lines, shut‑off valves, and proper air‑gap drainage. All equipment must meet NSF/ANSI 42 or 53 filtration standards and NSF/ANSI 12 ice‑maker standards, comply with local codes, and include required documentation (MSDS, certifications, background‑check compliance). The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year term with an optional renewal year, and the award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
