The City of Salina is seeking an engineering consulting firm to provide full‑service design and construction‑phase support for the replacement of three aging culverts on Fairdale Road. The scope includes hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, coordination with downstream improvements, easement identification, potential retaining‑wall modifications, and assistance with bidding and construction oversight.
• Perform updated hydraulic analyses and develop design alternatives for three 28‑in × 40‑in corrugated metal‑pipe culverts.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and easement documentation, and assist with legal acquisition of required easements.
• Provide construction‑phase consulting, including bid support, contractor coordination, utility relocation assistance, and on‑site oversight.
