Auditing Services - NCAA Intercollegiate Athletics

The University of Connecticut is seeking an experienced independent accounting firm to perform NCAA Division I agreed‑upon procedures (AUP) for its intercollegiate athletics program for the fiscal year ending June 30 2026 and subsequent years. The work includes a comprehensive audit‑type review of revenues, expenses, compliance with NCAA bylaws, preparation of an AUP report for university leadership, and ongoing coordination with athletics and finance staff. The contract will be a fixed‑price, multi‑year agreement with optional extensions. • Perform NCAA Division I agreed‑upon procedures and produce a formal AUP report for FY 2026 (and future years). • Provide a detailed staffing plan, demonstrating recent experience with NCAA athletics audits. • Submit mandatory forms (campaign contribution certification, vendor code of conduct acknowledgment, CT Economic Impact Form, etc.) and comply with all state ethics and confidentiality requirements. • Offer a fixed‑price fee structure (must remain unchanged for at least one year) and disclose hourly rates for any out‑of‑scope work. • Optional pre‑proposal conference on May 7 2026; questions due by May 12 2026; proposals due May 19 2026.
