Septic Tank Replacement

The U.S. Embassy in Bangkok is seeking a contractor to replace a septic tank at the Rajdamri Compound. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting the current septic system, removing the existing tank, installing a new septic system, and properly disposing of waste materials. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, acceptable, and responsible quoter. The project is expected to take 5 days to complete. • The contractor must provide certified equipment, labor, and tools to replace the septic tank. • The contractor must submit shop drawings and material approval requests to the Post Engineer for review and approval prior to ordering or installing any materials. • The contractor must provide temporary fencing, barricades, and ventilation as required to protect existing property, adjacent properties, and personnel. • The contractor must pump out and properly dispose of all waste materials in the broken septic tank. • The contractor must install sheet piles or equivalent materials around the septic tank to protect the surrounding soil from landslides.
