Description
The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for the replacement of flooring at four houses located at 6136, 6161, 6693, and 7217 Patrick Draw, WY. The contractor will be responsible for removing the current flooring and installing new LVT plank flooring with a sound-dampening attached pad. The flooring must be waterproof, stain-resistant, scratch and dent-resistant, and come with a lifetime residential warranty. The contractor will also be required to apply Kilz to any stained areas and replace the subfloor if necessary, at an extra cost to the bid price.
• The project involves four houses with approximately 1000 SQFT per unit, totaling 4000 SQFT.
• The contractor is responsible for exact measurements.
• The contractor must move appliances and furniture, perform a full tear out of the existing floor and trim, and install new flooring and 4" trim, including caulking, transitions, and corner round LVT.
• The vendor must provide one carton of extra LVT for future repairs.
