Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to upgrade the standalone closed-circuit television and card access system at the Yakama Service Unit. The contractor will be responsible for providing and installing a CCTV camera system, card access system, and network infrastructure. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government, considering factors such as price and past performance. The period of performance is from the date of award through March 31, 2026.
• The contractor must provide a comprehensive warranty and maintenance agreement for the system.
• The contractor must provide on-site certified training for IT and pharmacy staff.
• The contractor must provide a project management and coordination plan.
• The contractor must provide a quality control and inspection plan.
• The contractor must provide a contingency allowance for unforeseen conditions.
