RFO 25-177 FITSM (PM BSA Resources)

The California Department of Justice is seeking a qualified vendor to provide senior‑level project‑management and business‑analysis resources to support the Firearms Information Technology Systems Modernization (FITSM) effort, specifically the planning and PAL Stage 4 activities. The work will be performed under a fixed‑price Master Services Agreement with deliverables such as work plans, risk registers, status reports, and an RFP for the Solution Integrator. Three core full‑time positions are required: a Senior Project Manager, a Project Manager, and a Business Solutions Analyst; a Technical Architect may be added via separate work authorizations if needed.
