MQ-25A CDS RTB v5.1 Increment 3

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a modification under N00019-18-C-1012 to The Boeing Company (Boeing) for the procurement of tools and training in support of the Cross Domain Solution (CDS) Raise-The-Bar (RTB) version 5.1 certification phased requirements for the MQ-25A Program. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10.U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1. • The MQ-25A unmanned aircraft is the focus of the procurement. • Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the MQ-25A. • The procurement includes tools and training for the CDS RTB version 5.1 certification. • Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement.
