Bryan Texas Utilities (BTU) seeks a qualified firm to perform nondestructive diagnostic testing of its 15 kV underground XLPE and TR‑XLPE cable network (approximately 650 miles, 21 substations, 104 circuits). The objective is to locate defects, assess cable health, and prioritize repair or replacement to optimize capital spending.
