Description
Texas Southern University is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed aviation fuel vendors to provide Aviation Gasoline (AVGAS) for an 8,000-gallon above-ground storage tank located at the University’s hangar facility. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and transportation necessary to supply and deliver aviation-grade fuel. The contract term is anticipated to be effective upon signing of a contract and continue for three years, with an option to renew for one additional year.
• The University’s annual fuel consumption is 89,000 gallons.
• The fuel shall be delivered on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term.
• The contractor must verify tank capacity prior to delivery and ensure fueling equipment is properly maintained.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• The University reserves the right to terminate this contract or any portion thereof on thirty days written notice.
