RFP (informal) - Organizational Data Management Consultant for Anoka County

The County of Anoka is seeking a qualified consulting firm to assess, design, and recommend improvements to the County's organizational data management practices. The selected consultant will support the County in building a framework that enhances data accuracy, accessibility, security, and usability to better inform decision-making and improve public service delivery. The project includes several phases, including a comprehensive assessment, development of an enterprise data management strategy, creation of a roadmap, and support for change management. The consultant will be expected to have demonstrated expertise in data governance, data quality, and enterprise data strategy, as well as experience working with county governments or similar entities.
