RFI - TRANE Chiller Servicing at Buckley Space Force Base

The Department of the Air Force, Space Force is seeking information from qualified commercial sources to perform inspection, software upgrade, maintenance, and recommissioning services for two Air-Cooled Trane Chillers at Buckley Space Force Base in Colorado. The work includes updating the chillers' software from beta to the current production version, calibrating sensors and actuators, and performing a complete annual inspection. The contractor must provide fully qualified technicians and all necessary specialized tools and equipment. The work must be performed in strict accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and applicable state and local codes. • The contractor must have experience working with Trane Model CGAM120F Air-Cooled Chillers. • The contractor must have experience working in high-security military Restricted Areas. • The contractor must provide a detailed report of the software upgrade, operational and safety checks, and any unit deficiencies discovered during recommissioning. • The contractor must ensure all technicians are certified and licensed to service and repair commercial HVAC systems.
