Description
The City of Salina is seeking qualified contractors to perform a suite of concrete‑related improvements across multiple park sites (Phase 4b). The work includes removal and replacement of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and concrete pavement, as well as excavation, aggregate base placement, and seeding. Technical specifications require ADA‑compliant slopes, welded‑wire reinforcement (minimum W2.9 × W2.9, 42 lb/100 sf), and specific aggregate types. • Concrete pavement (6‑in. variable) with reinforced wire mesh
• Sidewalk and curb‑gutter removal/installation, including ADA‑slope requirements

• Traffic control provisions and optional park‑specific alternates (Kenwood, Bill Burke, Sunset)
